The Jyoti Retreat is designed to provide a balanced experience of practice, reflection, and connection—for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners alike. Each day offers a blend of guided sessions, group circles, and free time for self-study, rest, and renewal. The focus is on deepening your practice, exploring inner awareness, and connecting with a supportive community—regardless of body flexibility or teaching experience.
Sample Daily Schedule (January 5–14, 2026)
7:00 AM – Morning Silence & Tea
Begin the day with quiet reflection, journaling, or gentle awakening.
8:00 AM – Asana, Pranayama & Hands-On Guidance
Deepen your personal practice with guided asana, breathwork, and meditation. Optional hands-on assists for those interested.
9:30 AM – Meditation & Mindfulness
Focused meditation, mantra, or contemplation to cultivate inner awareness.
10:00 AM – Light Breakfast
Sattvic, nourishing food and time for quiet reflection.
11:00 AM – Rest, Ayurvedic Treatments & Personal Time
Optional massage, nature walks, self-study, or quiet reflection.
3:00 PM – Group Circle & Snacks
Open discussions, sharing, and reflection. Circles are designed to be engaging for teachers, practitioners, and facilitators of any modality—breathwork, meditation, coaching, bodywork, or related fields.
6:00 PM – Evening Ritual: Aarti, Kirtan, or Meditation
Integrative practice to close the day, sometimes held at the sacred Ganga.
7:30 PM – Dinner
Ayurvedic, wholesome meal with community connection.
9:00 PM – Rest & Silence Until Morning
Time for reflection, journaling, or peaceful rest.
