About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Immerse yourself in a heartfelt journey created for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners alike—a space for honest conversations, shared growth, and deep, meaningful connection. Held in the sacred embrace of Rishikesh, this is more than just a retreat: it’s a homecoming to yourself, and to the community your heart has been quietly seeking.

Advanced Yoga & Mindful Practice Retreat – Deepen, Connect, Rejuvenate

Join us from January 5–14, 2026, for a 10-day retreat designed for those committed to their practice—whether you guide others as a teacher, or walk the path as an experienced practitioner. This is a space to deepen your practice, explore advanced techniques, reconnect with your purpose, and share in a heart-centered community.

Set in the heart of Rishikesh—the birthplace of yoga—this retreat offers time and space to reflect, recharge, and grow both on and off the mat. Each day includes guided asana, hands-on assists, mantra meditation, evening kirtans, and mindful movement practices—led by experienced facilitators and guest teachers. You’ll also have the chance to experience Ayurvedic treatments, sound healing, local rituals, and temple visits.

One of the heartbeats of this retreat is our Circles of Connection—open, honest, and supportive spaces where we explore challenges, doubts, and joys. While some discussions may center on teaching, they are equally enriching for facilitators of any practice—yoga, breathwork, meditation, coaching, massage, or other healing arts.

This retreat isn’t about performing or proving skill—it’s about returning to yourself, tending to your inner light, and reconnecting with the heart of your practice. Whether you’re a teacher seeking renewal or a dedicated practitioner wanting immersive guidance, this is a space to slow down, be held, and remember why you walk this path.

If that resonates, then this retreat is absolutely for you.
