Himalaya Yoga Valley is a globally respected yoga school with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality, traditional Yoga Teacher Training, Professional Development, Workshops, and Retreat programmes. Rooted in the lineage of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, our trainings are led by founder Yogacharya Lalit and a dedicated team of Indian and international teachers. With over 6,000 graduates from more than 80 countries, our trainings are known for their depth, authenticity, and professionalism.

Trainees and Retreat guests are well looked after by our administration team from the first point of contact until they are settled in the surroundings of the centre. Our team will arrange airport transfers for you with one of our trusted drivers who have been with us for a long time. Your name will be on a Himalaya Yoga Valley welcome board at Arrivals.
Our centre is approximately 90 minutes from Goa’ airport in the South and 40 minutes from Mopa Aiport in the North.
