This 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training is much more than a certification — it’s an intense spiritual experience that will open your heart, strengthen your body, and calm your mind.

Through the ancient practice of Ashtanga, you will connect deeply with your body and your breath, awakening the inner energy that flows through every movement.
Each day is an invitation to go within, to explore your true self, and to embrace the present moment with awareness and gratitude.

You’ll share this journey with a supportive group of like-minded souls — learning, growing, and laughing together. Friendships formed here often last a lifetime.

Step out of your routine and immerse yourself in a sacred space of yoga, nature, and mindfulness.

Daily Schedule

6.00 am: Wake Up

6.30-7.00: Meditation / Anapana Sati

7:00-8:30: Ashtanga session

8:30 am: Breakfast

9.30-10.30: Free time for journaling

10.30-11.30 am: Yoga philosophy or anatomy class

11.30-12:00 pm: Guided revision or Sharing circle

12.15-1.30 pm: Lunch Time

4.00-5:30 pm Hatha yoga & Alignment

6.00-6:30 pm: Mantra or Relaxation

7.00 pm: Dinner Time

9.00 pm: Bedtime

Techniques, Training, and Practice – 100hours
Asana practice, asana training, pranayama/meditation, asana alignment, Bhakti yoga, Dhyana/meditation and selfstudy time

Teaching and Methodology – 25hours
Teaching methodology with asanas, pranayama, meditation and theory

Anatomy and Physiology – 20hours
Asanas with anatomical view and modifications

Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle – 30hours
Traditional yogic texts and studies along with a general introduction of Ayurveda and yoga therapy

Practice – 10hours
Discussions with the teacher

Self study – 15hours
Assignments and exams.


A certified course

During this course, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga, from asana clinic to yoga philosophy and body anatomy, with a deep focus on teaching methodologies and techniques.

We will prepare you to become an independent, fully qualified yoga teacher.

After the course, you can become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance International.

Self-development

Everyone is welcome to join this course , no matter your age or which yoga level you have! Although we will be preparing you to become a qualified yoga teacher, you might also pick this course for your own practice and self-growth. The teachers will make sure to focus on each of the student’s needs and progress.
