7:30 AM – Morning Yoga & Movement Practice Flow through gentle yoga or somatic movement in an open-air pavilion, surrounded by birdsong and filtered sunlight.
9:00 AM – Plant-Based Breakfast Enjoy a nourishing, organic breakfast crafted with seasonal ingredients to energize and balance the body.
10:00 AM – Integrative Health Sessions Depending on your personalized plan, this may include medical diagnostics (DNA analysis, sleep studies, etc.), consultations with integrative doctors, or detox therapies using ozone, hydrogen, or infrared light.
12:30 PM – Conscious Lunch A mindful, plant-based meal served in silence or soft conversation, encouraging presence and digestion.
2:00 PM – Mind Spa & Restorative Practices Experience the exclusive Mind Spa technology with binaural sounds and gamma frequencies, followed by optional massage, journaling, or quiet time by the pond.
