No art experience needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.

Schedule

9:00 AM – Arrival at the day’s scenic location (waterfall, olive orchard, or red rocks)
9:30 AM – Opening meditation & creative intention-setting
10:00 AM – Guided art therapy session led by a certified psychologist
11:30 AM – Group sharing & emotional processing circle
12:30 PM – Hearty Tuscan lunch with local wine
2:00 PM – Mini-lecture on expressive art therapy & deeper creative work
3:30 PM – Integration time: plain air, nature sketching
5:00 PM – Gentle close & return

Directions

Fly into Rome Fiumicino (FCO) or Florence Peretola (FLR) — both are about 2.5 to 3 hours from the retreat.
We offer a group pickup on arrival day (details shared after booking).

For those arriving early or exploring on your own, we’ll provide directions and nearby accommodation options.

Guests will stay in carefully selected local podere and countryside homes around Mount Amiata, chosen for their comfort, charm, and authenticity. I collaborate directly with trusted local hosts who specialize in welcoming retreat guests, ensuring each space offers a warm, restful environment with modern amenities.
