Retreat Schedule
Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
Afternoon: Arrival and check-in. Guests settle into accommodations and meet the retreat team.
Evening:
Welcome Circle & Program Overview.
Light movement session to relax after travel.
Day 2–7: Daily Flow
Morning
7:30 AM: Guided sunrise stretch and meditation.
8:30 AM: Nurse-led check-in and morning tea.
9:30 AM: Daily workout (low-intensity strength training or yoga).
Afternoon
11:00 PM: Daily Walk.
3:00 PM: Massage and other treatments, Liver Pack, Relaxation Time, Journaling.
Evening
6:30 PM: Soup time.
7 PM: Evening talk or discussion (possible guest speakers, group sharing). Educational programming (topics like fasting benefits, mindfulness, and holistic wellness).
8:00 PM: Relaxation session with light meditation or soundscapes or Movie Night.
Day 8: Check-Out
