About this Retreat
Gita Yoga Teacher, Holistic Guide & Film Director
Annika Glac is a visionary guide in the realms of yoga, meditation and holistic living, drawing on over two decades of dedication to the ancient sciences of self-awareness. A certified Gita Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Annika shares the timeless teachings of Gita International—one of the few female-led yoga schools in the world. Deeply rooted in feminine wisdom, Gita Yoga honours yoga as far more than movement; it is a journey of inner mastery, conscious breath, and radiant self-discovery. Her teachings are anchored in the balance and depth of Hatha Yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Annika brings these disciplines to life with warmth and insight, enriched by her training as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, blending ancient practices with modern wellness. As the creative mind behind Glass Kingdom, Annika explores the poetic and visual landscape of human consciousness through artistic storytelling and soulful imagery. Her work bridges the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions, inviting students to not just heal—but to awaken their vitality, creativity and authentic self. For Annika, yoga is not confined to the mat—it is a sacred and practical way of living. With grace and clarity, she supports others to reconnect with their inner compass, embody peace, and pursue what truly lights up the spirit..

For Women Who Seek Depth In Every Journey
A sacred, hormonal wake-up call. This retreat is your pause and reset. A chance to step away from the world’s expectations and return to your own. You’ll stretch, breathe, be still and reconnect with the part of you that has always known: There is more.
This 5 night is for women moving through the real, raw beauty of transformation and midlife. It’s about nervous system repair, honest rest, and deep-body knowing.
We use yoga, breath, and grounded conversation to create a space where you no longer have to push. This is where you remember, your power didn’t leave, it was just waiting for you to slow down enough to feel it. You’ll move gently. Breathe deeply. Rest fully. Learn truthfully, and reconnect with the part of you that never left.
There comes a moment in every woman’s life when the noise fades… and the truth begins to rise. Not the truth of who you were told to be, but the truth of who you are, right now.
That’s perimenopause, it starts to whisper in your 40s with symptoms that seem to come out of the blue and a feeling that something is changing, stirring, that nobody talks about – this is not a medical problem. Not a decline. It’s a spiritual initiation.
This is not one-size-fits-all. This is woman to woman. Midlife, seen clearly. If you’re between 40 and 65, you have felt the shifts, physical, emotional, even spiritual, maybe you’ve been told to just “push through it.” or worse, to disappear quietly. You’re not here to disappear. You’re here to become more you than ever.
