Veronika Saravá

Medicine Woman, Naturopath, Community Leader, Kambô Practitioner, and Holistic Healer. In her late twenties, she experienced a profound awakening that deepened her dedication to holistic healing, conscious living, and natural medicine. Since 2005, she has been leading Ayahuasca ceremonies at Amoraleza, the medicine community she co-founded with her family. As a Kambô practitioner, she also works with this powerful Amazonian medicine for detoxification, resilience, and energetic clearing. Her approach integrates shamanic traditions, naturopathy, and sustainable living, offering a holistic path to healing and self-discovery. Beyond organizing retreats and running the community, she is dedicated to integration coaching, supporting individuals in processing and embodying their experiences. Separately, she also works in the field of somatic sexology, helping people cultivate deeper awareness and connection with their bodies. A devoted mother, she raises her four children in harmony with nature, embracing a life of simplicity, mindfulness, and connection.

Rosel Fernández Marin

Rosel Fernández Marin has been walking a land-based and ceremonial path since arriving in Peru in 2013, where she connected with plant medicines and living Andean traditions. She supports retreats through space-holding during ceremonies, assisting with group processes, offering music and song, and supporting workshops and shared practices. She is trained as an Ayurvedic therapist and has a background in tantra, Gestalt therapy, and body-based practices. Her work is informed by movement, breath, music, and attentive presence, which she brings in service of the group and the ceremonial container.

Pepe Arróspide

Pepe Arróspide is a seasoned adventure guide and long-time explorer of ancient cultures. For over five decades, he has studied the history, art, and spiritual traditions of civilizations around the world, with a particular focus on Andean and Amazonian lineages. He brings this depth of knowledge to the journey through contextual insight, orientation, and respectful guidance on the land, supporting the group throughout the trek with experience, attentiveness, and care.

Manuel Fabián Neri

Manuel Fabián Neri is a philosopher and chef whose work explores the relationship between land, matter, and everyday life. He currently runs Amrita, a restaurant and family space in Pisac, and cooks seasonally at a mountain refuge in Switzerland, where he prepares food for groups in a high-altitude environment. Through his travels across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Manuel has focused his energy on cultivating a more conscious relationship with food, land, and community. He works ceremonially with plant medicines and holds space through ritual practice, which informs his way of supporting groups. During the retreat, he supports the group through cooking, practical care, and space-holding, contributing to a grounded and attentive container throughout the journey.

A small-group journey weaving plant medicine, Andean cosmology, and sacred pilgrimage.

This retreat is an immersive journey through sacred land in Peru, combining ceremony, conscious travel, and time in nature. It is designed for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with themselves, the land, and the unseen — while moving slowly, intentionally, and in community.

The journey unfolds through several interconnected phases:

Time to arrive, acclimatize, ground into the land and the group, and prepare for ceremony.

🌿 Ceremony & Cultural Immersion
Temazcal, Ayahuasca and Huachuma ceremonies, cacao ceremony, group practices, music, teachings on Andean cosmovision, and an introduction to the history and worldview of the Andean peoples.

🌿 Pilgrimage, Trek & Machu Picchu
A guided trek through the Sacred Valley and surrounding landscapes, visiting ancestral sites including Ollantaytambo, and culminating in the Machu Picchu pilgrimage.

🌿 Integration & Closing
Time to land, integrate the experience, and close the journey consciously before returning home.

Day 1 — Arrival & Landing

Arrival, rest, altitude acclimatization, and working with Mama Coca. Opening circle with movement and breath.

Day 2 — Temazcal & Cosmovision

Temazcal and exploration of Andean cosmovision.

Day 3 — Ceremony

Preparation, walking, and Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 5 — Sacred Valley to High Jungle

Visit to Ollantaytambo, followed by descent into the high jungle.

Day 6 — Water & Heart

Waterfall excursion and cacao ceremony.

Day 7 — Jungle Trek
High Jungle → Subtropical Jungle Valley
Walk toward Mandor and arrival in the jungle valley.

Day 8 — Huachuma Ceremony

Directions

The nearest international airport is Lima (LIM). From Lima, participants take a domestic flight to Cusco (CUZ), the closest regional airport. From Cusco, participants arrange their own ground transportation to the Sacred Valley. Detailed directions are provided after confirmation.

The journey begins at a ceremonial center in the Sacred Valley of Peru, which has been created and stewarded in deep relationship with the land and local traditions. From there, the retreat unfolds across multiple locations, including the Sacred Valley, cloud forest and jungle regions, and culminates in a guided pilgrimage to Machu Picchu. The retreat is held as a place-responsive journey, allowing ceremony, travel, and landscape to shape the overall experience.
