Each day begins with revitalizing morning sessions rooted in yoga, qigong, breathwork, and neuro-gymnastics β€” a biohacking practice that stimulates new neural pathways through mindful movement, guided meditations. Evenings culminate in serene sunset meditations and moments of integration.

I highly recommend this course. As someone drawn to sound meditation and hoping to become a practitioner, Alex provided exactly the foundation I needed. His instrument collection is incredible, and we had lots of hands-on practice with gongs, singing bowls, and many other instruments. The balance between theory, practice, and morning movement (yoga, qigong) was perfect. There was also enough of time to relax, enjoy my own space, and really integrate everything I was learning. The food was fresh, healthy, and veggie-friendly - Alex is a fantastic cook. The accommodation was cozy, and the whole space felt calm and welcoming. I got everything I was looking for and more! Thank you Alex for the wonderful experience.

One of the most unforgettable retreats I've ever experienced!
This journey became a true and profound reset for me. The location was simply perfect β€” stunningly beautiful and far removed from the noise of everyday life. I'm deeply grateful for the breathwork practices β€” they helped me reconnect with myself and stay fully present in each moment of the journey. The sound meditations gifted me a silence so deep that my thoughts melted away, allowing me to immerse myself completely in the now. A unique experience that brought back my sense of peace and harmony.
