ABOOUT THE RETREAT

For over 15 years, people have been coming to our retreats for very different reasons.

Some arrive carrying a diagnosis they don't know what to do with. Some are in the middle of a life transition that turned everything upside down. Some have spent years in therapy and feel like something still hasn't moved. And some simply come here because they are curious, they feel a quiet knowing that something needs to change, even if they can't yet name what.

All of them belong here.

THE PLACE

We gather at our family's home, a finca in the middle of the forest in Mallorca.

When you arrive here, we want you to feel exactly that. Not like a guest at a retreat center. Like someone who is welcome in a home that has been held with love for a long time.

There is a saltwater pool where you can float and let everything slow down. There are quiet areas where you can be completely on your own. There are trees around you in every direction and enough silence to finally hear yourself think.

Between ceremonies, this place holds you. You can rest, journal, walk in the forest, sit by the pool, or simply do nothing for a while. We don't rush anything here. Space is part of the medicine.

THE WORK

Over four days, we walk together through ceremony, through honest group sharing, and through integration practices that help you understand not just what you experienced but what it means for your actual life.

Because that is where real change lives. Not in the ceremony itself. In what you do with what you received.

The ceremonies are held by Mariela, our shaman, our medicine woman, someone who has devoted her entire life to this path. She has walked alongside close to 10,000 people across more than 8 countries. While these are just numbers, it is decades of devotion to the plants and to this work.

We are also a team of therapists, guides, and practitioners who have all done this work in our own lives first. We are not standing above you. We are walking beside you.

A WORD ABOUT NUTRITION

We take food seriously here and see it as part of the process. What you eat during these four days is chosen with care, to support your body through the work and to show you a different relationship to nourishment. Many people leave with as much curiosity about food as they do about the medicine.
