About this Retreat
Alla is a somatic trauma therapist. She creates a safe and nurturing space for self-exploration and embodied transformation using mindful somatic psychotherapy, rooted in the principles of Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, and Somatic Parts Work.
She is inspired by the movements of nature and the wisdom of Eastern philosophies, especially Kashmir Shaivism and Buddhism. Over the past twelve years, her journey into yoga, meditation, plant medicine work, and somatic trauma therapy has deeply shaped her approach to healing and growth.
Alla is passionate about supporting people in integrating their experiences from altered states of consciousness into their daily lives. As part of her harm reduction work, she supports people who may have had distressing or traumatic psychedelic experiences—helping them regulate their nervous system, restore a sense of wholeness, and find meaning in what they’ve been through.

Somatic Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration Sessions
Preparation sessions include somatic intention setting, along with exploring personalised nervous system regulation tools to support your emotional safety and wellbeing during the ceremony, tuning into what you may need physically, emotionally, and spiritually to feel fully supported throughout your journey.
After the ceremony:
The healing doesn’t end when we return from altered states of consciousness. Often, it’s where the real work begins.
Integration sessions are designed to help you embody the insights you’ve received—transforming fleeting peak experiences into meaningful, lasting change. Through somatic practices, we will create a pathway and a practical plan to ground your insights into your daily life.
I also support individuals navigating spiritual emergencies, offering grounding and guidance when the awakening process feels overwhelming or disorienting.
If your experience was challenging, or if the ceremony lacked a trauma-informed container, I offer a space for nervous system regulation and trauma resolution. These sessions can help you restore inner balance, make meaning of what happened, and return to a sense of wholeness.
