Extensive Meditation Experience: With over 5,000 hours of dedicated meditation practice, including multiple Vipassana retreats—one lasting 30 days—I have a deep understanding of mindfulness and self-inquiry. This personal foundation allows me to guide you with authenticity and insight.

Experience in Psychedelic Retreat Settings: I lived and worked at a plant medicine retreat center for six months, supporting individuals through profound experiences of self-discovery and healing. This hands-on involvement gave me a nuanced understanding of the preparation and integration process for plant medicine journeys, ensuring a grounded and trauma-informed approach.

Training in Compassionate Inquiry: Currently in training with Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, I combine psychotherapeutic techniques with mindfulness to help you gently explore the root of emotional patterns and find clarity.

Trauma-Informed Breathwork: My expertise in somatic experiencing and BBTRS breathwork allows us to work through emotions and body-held stress in a safe and supportive way, fostering emotional release and healing.

Personal Journey Through Challenges: Having personally navigated anxiety, shame, self-doubt, and depression, I know how it feels to face these challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and focused on creating a nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and supported.
