Inside the 7-Day Immersion
This is a structured, progressive process. Each day builds on the last. You are not here to “experience” something. You are here to tranform something.
Day 1 — Arrival & Baseline - You step out of your normal environment and into the container.
We establish:
- where you actually are
- what isn’t working
- what you’ve been avoiding
This is not about intention-setting. It’s about clarity and honesty.
Day 2 — Pattern Identification- We begin identifying the patterns driving your current reality. Not intellectually — directly.
You’ll start to see:
- where you’re stuck
- what keeps repeating
- what you’ve normalized that isn’t working
Awareness here is precise, not abstract.
Day 3 — Disruption- This is where patterns begin to break. Through structured processes and (optional) medicine work, you’ll be taken out of your default operating mode. What surfaces is not random. It’s what’s been underneath — waiting.
Day 4 — Confrontation- This is the turning point.
You come face-to-face with:
- behaviors you’ve justified
- truths you’ve avoided
- decisions you haven’t made
This is where most people pull back. Here, you won’t.
Day 5 — Reset - With the old patterns exposed and disrupted, we begin installing something different.
This includes:
- nervous system regulation
- new behavioral alignment
- clear internal decision-making
Not theory — practice.
Day 6 — Integration- We translate everything into your actual life:
- relationships
- work
- leadership
- environment
If it doesn’t integrate, it doesn’t matter. This is where it becomes real.
Day 7 — Implementation
You leave with:
- a clear direction
- defined changes
- a plan you can execute immediately
No ambiguity. No drift.
