Founded by Christopher Shaw — a psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience and a long-time practitioner of earth-based ceremony — Merkaba Retreats blends modern therapeutic insight with grounded spiritual practice. Each immersion includes a thoughtful combination of breathwork, movement, meditation, sound healing, group connection, and sacred medicine ceremonies held with safety, integrity, and intention.
