Anastasia Gold is a holistic yoga teacher and certified sound therapist with over five years of teaching experience. Her integrated approach blends Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra — creating nourishing classes that support nervous system regulation and deep inner connection.
Alongside yoga, Anastasia offers sound healing through sound baths and private sessions, drawing from her personal healing journey and certified training in sound therapy.
Based in the Greek islands, she welcomes guests seeking calm, connection, and simplicity — inviting them to reconnect with themselves through movement, stillness, and sound.

* Round-trip transfer from Athens Airport to the hotel is included

* If arriving independently, we’ll provide all info for easy travel via public bus or private car to the ferry port, where we will meet you.

Dynamic session to open energy channels and breathe deeply

* **15:00 - Waterfall Trip & Meditation:**
Grounding in nature with meditation near the falls
* *Optional:* Stop at the hot springs (weather permitting)
