Your Guides
Anastasia Gold is a holistic yoga teacher and certified sound therapist with over five years of teaching experience. Her integrated approach blends Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra — creating nourishing classes that support nervous system regulation and deep inner connection.
Alongside yoga, Anastasia offers sound healing through sound baths and private sessions, drawing from her personal healing journey and certified training in sound therapy.
Based in the Greek islands, she welcomes guests seeking calm, connection, and simplicity — inviting them to reconnect with themselves through movement, stillness, and sound.

### **Day 1: Welcome & Connection**
* Hotel check-in about 14:00 and room settling
**Sunset Yoga Session:**
Begins with conscious tapping for emotional release
* **Dinner:** Festive meal at a nearby taverna
* Rest & good night sleep
### **Day 2: Flow & Nature**
* **Morning Yoga:**
Dynamic session to open energy channels and breathe deeply
(Options provided for all levels)
* Rich & delicious breakfast
* **Free Time:** Swim, relax, or explore
* **15:00 - Waterfall Trip & Meditation:**
Grounding in nature with meditation near the falls
* *Optional:* Stop at the hot springs (weather permitting)
* **Dinner:** Joyful meal with wine and evening activity

Daily buses depart from Liosion Bus Station in Athens at 08:45 and 14:45.
On Fridays and Sundays, there is an extra departure at 12:45.

**Private Transfers (organized upon request):**
– Taxi for 1–4 passengers: €250 per trip (Athens – Hotel)
– Van for 4–8 passengers: €400 per trip
– Minibus for up to 20 passengers: €550 per trip

Afterwards, a rich and delicious brunch awaits you in our garden.
Enjoy your free time—perhaps with a good book in the hammock.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit a local winery for a wine tasting, then unwind in the soothing hot springs, and end the day with dinner at an authentic local taverna.

From Athens, drive or take a bus to Arkitsa Port (about 2 hours), then enjoy a short ferry ride to Edipsos city.
