The Noke Koi, also known as the Katukina, inhabit the Rio Gregório region in the Brazilian Amazon, in the state of Acre. This people, who proudly preserve their language, traditions, and spirituality, carry a deep knowledge of the forest's medicines, which are transmitted from generation to generation.
This culture is marked by sacred chants, body paintings with spiritual meanings, and a relationship of reverence and reciprocity with nature. For the Noke Koi, the forest is not just a home, but a living being that guides, heals, and teaches.
