About this Retreat
Jo is certified as a nature therapy guide, meditation and mindfulness instructor, spiritual wellness and breathwork coach, past life regressionist and hypnotherapist with over 20 years of experience in guiding individuals and groups towards deeper connections with themselves and with nature. She believes that nature holds the key to healing our bodies and minds, and she uses a variety of techniques such as forest bathing, meditation and nature walks to help individuals de-stress and find inner peace.
Jo also leads all teaching and mentoring in her Fast-Track natural wellness certifications for coaches and guides.
