FRIDAY

5pm: Property Tour
Begin your retreat by exploring the resort and getting to know your fellow retreatee’s
Settle into your cozy accommodations.
7pm: Dinner: Indulge in a mouthwatering Caribbean coconut & pumpkin curry with aromatic rice & rosti
Post Dinner: Pamper yourself with a luxurious bath soak in lavender Epsom salts to unwind before bed & sound healing
SATURDAY
8am: Yoga & Meditation: Find your inner peace and rejuvenate your mind and body through a calming yoga and meditation session.
9am : Breakfast: Start your day with a delicious breakfast in a jar, featuring homemade granolas, coconut yogurt, fruit compotes, berries, and toasted coconut.
Sip on green juice, herbal teas, coffee, or lemon, mint & cucumber water.
10am - 1pm: Free Time or Massage
Take advantage of the resort amenities, whether it's relaxing in a hammock, diving into a good book, or enjoying some pool time or book in for a massage
12pm - Healthy Cooking Demo
1pm: Lunch: Indulge in a long table lunch in the garden, featuring homemade dips, veggie sticks, cheeses, terrines, artisan canapés, and crusty organic sourdough bread.
2pm - 5pm: LOMI LOMI Hawaiian Massage: Treat yourself to a 45-minute LOMI LOMI Hawaiian massage, a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience
Or have your own free time!
4pm Paint & Proceso
6.30pm: Dinner: homemade roasted pumpkin gnocchi sautéed in a butter and basil pesto sauce, topped with rocket, pine nuts, and Parmesan or Italian Chicken Saltimbocca + dessert
Sunday
8am: Yoga/Pilates/Circuit: Engage in a Pilates class to strengthen your body and improve flexibility.
9am Breakfast
Healthy tapioca & chia coconut soaked Buddha bowls with fruit
Sip on a berry smoothie, herbal teas, coffee, or lemon, mint & cucumber water.
10am - 1pm: More massages + Free Time: Spend some quality time in a hammock, immerse yourself in a good book, or enjoy the pool or a bush walk
1pm - 5pm: Lunch & Ferguson Valley Tour: Delight in a picnic in a beautiful surprise spot and immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of the Ferguson Valley. Chef Marty will ensure that the picnic is unforgettable.
4pm : Pamper Circle head massages + foot baths
6pm: Dinner focused on a paddock-to-plate experience, using fresh veggies from our garden. Chef Marty will create a surprise menu for the evening.
8pm: Prepare for a good night's sleep with a soothing sound healing session. Meditation & Manifest: End the night with a calming meditation session to reflect on your retreat experience and manifest positive intentions.
Monday:
8am Breakfast: Enjoy a refreshing fruit plate accompanied by a mango coconut protein smoothie, herbal teas, coffee, or lemon, mint & cucumber water.
10am: Check-out: Bid farewell to the retreat and depart with a renewed sense of balance and well-being.
