Kuti Wildlife Reserve, Malawi
Up to 12 in group
October 13 - 17, 2025
About this Retreat
As a mindfulness trainer and retreat facilitator, I believe it’s important that everyone feels welcome and at ease. That’s why the groups will never exceed more than 12 participants, allowing me to offer personal attention and have time for a short 1-1 conversation during a multi-day retreat.
I personally apply mindfulness as part of my daily life by staying in tune with the signals from my body, meditating, and being aware of my autopilot mode. To ensure I take my own practice seriously, I regularly attend silent days and go on a multi-day (silent) retreat once a year. This is important for both my personal development and my professional growth as a trainer and retreat facilitator.
Additionally, I am a passionate walker and a nature lover, I practice Yin Yoga, and I find my balance by alternating the calm of nature, walking, and yoga with visiting the theater, attending concerts, dining out with friends, following dance classes, and even singing and dancing in my living room.
Details of this retreat
What comes to mind when you hear the words:
Rest. Nature. Silence. Mindfulness. Meditation. Malawi.
Just imagine…
You’ve signed up for the mindfulness silent retreat at Kuti Wildlife Reserve in Malawi.
You arrive on the afternoon of October 13th, greeted with a big warm smile – by me personally and by the beautiful souls who make Kuti such a special place.
You’ll have time to settle into your shared bush chalet, where you’ll meet your roommate. After arriving and landing, you’ll be introduced to the rest of the group.
We’ll connect, share our intentions, eat together – and then we’ll gently enter the silence.
We’ll meditate. Walk in silence. Ride horses at sunrise through the reserve. You’ll have time for yourself, and each day will feel like a new gift to your soul.
I will guide you through the retreat in English.
Delicious vegetarian meals will be taken care of, your bed will be ready – so all you have to do is be, feel, and come home to the present moment.
On the morning of October 17th, we’ll still be in silence as we meditate together one last time. After that, we’ll gently begin to break the silence — sharing what moved us, what stayed with us. We’ll have a final lunch together and say goodbye to each other and to this magical place
