About the Teacher
Why study with them?
As a mindfulness trainer and retreat facilitator, I believe it’s important that everyone feels welcome and at ease. That’s why the groups will never exceed more than 12 participants, allowing me to offer personal attention and have time for a short 1-1 conversation during a multi-day retreat.
I personally apply mindfulness as part of my daily life by staying in tune with the signals from my body, meditating, and being aware of my autopilot mode. To ensure I take my own practice seriously, I regularly attend silent days and go on a multi-day (silent) retreat once a year. This is important for both my personal development and my professional growth as a trainer and retreat facilitator.
Additionally, I am a passionate walker and a nature lover, I practice Yin Yoga, and I find my balance by alternating the calm of nature, walking, and yoga with visiting the theater, attending concerts, dining out with friends, following dance classes, and even singing and dancing in my living room.
