About this Retreat
I am a retreat facilitator, space holder and guide for women returning to the truth of their bodies, their sensuality, and the wisdom of the Earth. My work is rooted in slowness, soul and the sacred, where presence becomes prayer and the unseen begins to bloom. I create in rhythm with the seasons, each phase carrying it's medicine. Through ritual and intentional space, I gather women to be seen, celebrated and reconnected to their essence. My offerings are shaped by my own becoming, through loss, rising, and devotion. I am here to help women listen to their hearts, live with intention, and rediscover the quiet magic of co-creating with the Earth.
I am a soulful creator and visionary, walking a path shaped by the rhythms of nature, ancestral remembrance, and the power of community. My journey has been one of alchemy, turning life's pivots into purpose and I hold spaces for others to do the same. As the co-founder of SelvaMia, an off-grid community in the Dominican Republic, I weave together grounded rituals, intentional living and deep care to support healing and transformation. I am here to help woman reconnect with their wisdom and creative power, and remember the beauty of living gin harmony with the Earth.

Sacred Return is a women's retreat held in the lush, wild heart of the jungle of Colombia - am invitation to come back to your body, your truth, and the Earth.
This retreat is for the woman who feels the call to soften. To slow down. To reconnect with what's real.
It's for the one who's been giving too much, holding too much, performing too much and is ready to release the weight and return to her natural rhythm.
Together, we will move through a journey of sacred rituals, grounding practices, emotional release, creative expression, and ceremony - all held within the powerful container of sisterhood.
Because something sacred happens when women gather.
When we are witnessed, when we share space, we remember we are never alone.
The bond of sisterhood is also part of the medicine. Through circle, shared vulnerability, reflection, and laughter, you will experience what feels like to be deeply supported by other women walking their own path of return.
This retreat is not about escaping life. It's about rooting deeper into it. It's not about becoming someone new, it's remembering who you are beneath all the layers.
Expect slow mornings with gentle movements, nourishing intentional meals, deep circle work, time in nature barefoot, ceremonies, and invitations to reconnect with the parts of you that may have been silenced, forgotten, or suppressed. 7:30 AM - Slow Awakening : You wake with the sun. There's space to stretch, breathe, to follow what your body needs. Gentle movement, yoga, or stillness - led by your heart, supported by the land.
9:00 AM - Breakfast in Sisterhood : We gather around the table to share presence and nourishment. Intentions are spoken. Silence is honored. We eat with reverence.
10:30 AM - Embodiment Practice : The body is invited to move, to express, to awaken. Through dance, shaking, and raw release, we return to aliveness.
11:30 AM - Ritual, Workshop, or Ceremony : We meet in sacred space. Each day holds something different - a guided ritual, a soul-teaching, a ceremony of remembrance. This is the heart of the day, where we go deep, together. Time to integrate and soften before lunch.
1:30 PM - Grounding Lunch : A vibrant, earthy meal to bring you home to the moment. Eat slow. Laugh. Be held. More rest time, journaling..
3:00 PM - Earth and Body Integration : After lunch, we return to the land, not in effort, but in presence. This is a time to gently settle the body and anchor the energy of the day. You may be guided through grounding practices such as - land offerings or elemental rituals, gentle stretches or self-massages on the earth, barefoot walking meditations..
4:30 PM - Spacious Afternoon
This time is open for creative expression, river, swims, connection, or solitude.
6:30 PM - Dinner & Evening Circle : We return to the table in softness, quiet presence under the stars
8:30 PM - Night Wind Down : Herbal tea, a gentle exhale, a return to rest. The jungle sings. The day dissolves into dreams.

Sister Nest (king Bed - Shared Cabin) For the woman who loves connection but also values comfort. A spacious king-size bed in a shared bamboo cabin with one other woman - soft sheets, open air, and a deep sense of home. The Sister Nest includes a shared bathroom with a shower and your own outdoor hammock to rest, read, or simply sway with the jungle breeze. This is where laughter lives, stories are whispered by candlelight, and sacred sisterhood blooms. Come with a sister or meet one here. Sister Nest (Single Bed - Shared Cabin) For the free spirit who travels light and trusting the path. A cozy single bed in the shared Sister Nest, where every woman brings her own story. Includes a shared bathroom and shower and your own personal outdoor hammock, perfect for naps, journaling, or quiet time with the trees. It's for the one who doesn't need all the extras, just a safe, beautiful space to rest, be held, and feel part of something greater.

Nestled between the lush expanses of Tayrona National Park and the ancient paths of Ciudad Perdida, this land is alive.
