About this Retreat
Patricia is a professional holistic therapist who specializes in mind, body, and spiritual healing. With more than 2 decades of experience and extensive training in various holistic tools, she utilizes a
combination of sound healing, Reiki, meditation, shamanism and more.
She strives to both educate and heal patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
Patricia believes that true healing comes from a holistic approach, one that encompasses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person's being.
Rooted in the Vedic tradition and modern science, Anisha is a dedicated Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda practitioner, and a passionate voice for ancient wisdom. Educated in an Anglo-Vedic school, she carries a unique blend of traditional values and contemporary knowledge. Her path has been shaped by sacred teachings, mantras, a Sattvic lifestyle, and lifelong guidance from gurus and family. She now shares this embodied wisdom with those seeking deeper connection, healing, and balance through the essence of Indian spiritual culture.
Mark is the lead steward, yogi, and listener at Aranya. In initially envisioning a space to offer others to reconnect with nature and heal, Mark then became the first and has been experiencing the magic, beauty, and transformation of the redwood forest firsthand.
Mark has been reclaiming the title of artist and is working to help reawaken and revitalize the inner artist and healer within each of us as an integrative health and wellness coach, poet, and overall student of life. He finds great joy in the Art and works of Gongfu Cha - Ceremonial Tea Service where he invites those he serves to drop in and attune to nature's expression through 'Teaing & Being'.
Mark has studied 'advanced practices in psychedelic therapy' working with cannabis at the medicinal mindfulness institute in boulder, Colorado as a sitter, guide, and therapist.
He is currently 2.5 years into ayahuasca studies with Romeya Penó Kamãnawa of the Noke Koî Tribe.
One continual teaching he receives in this work is that when we slow down enough and get present to nature, things happen much more rapidly and in an immensely natural way. This is what Mark invites others to experience for themself within Aranya and The Redwood Forest.
