About this Retreat
Yogita, the lead teacher and mother of this course, is a dedicated and enthusiastic yogini, who embodies the essence of holistic well-being. With more than 20 years of a strong foundation in Tantric Yoga practices, she has committed her life to guiding people in fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit, for being truly happy and healthy.
She’s been a yoga teacher for 19 years, and has been teaching Yoga Teacher training courses (TTC) for 16. She has taught Tantra Yoga in Thailand, India, Mexico, Brazil, Israel, and many countries in Europe. Yogita holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Physical Education and excelled in her studies. Speaks English, Hebrew, and French.

Become a Master of Your Life
Learn the difference between moving through postures and truly practicing Yoga as the mental concentration required to align movement with breath, posture with chakra, body with mind. Imagine your body becoming an antenna precisely tuned to receive specific energy from the universe. Most people never experience that alignment. This week is where you begin to.
What This Week Is
Each day moves through a blend of asana, meditation, and philosophy — taught by Yogita and a team of experienced teachers rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition. The teaching is designed so that you apply what you learn in the same moment you are learning it. The change you’re wishing for happens on the mat, in the breath between one posture and the next. Think of it as a recipe. Follow it and the result is consistent. After one week you feel different.

The Path Forward
Week One is the foundation of the Arcana Yoga Immersion — 120 hours yoga training. Complete all four weeks and you will have the grounding to pursue yoga teacher certification, with an additional 80-hour practice module bringing you to full TTC qualification.
You can join one week, two, three, or all four — in sequence or across separate visits. Each week stands on its own. Together they build a practice of a lifetime.
