FRIDAY
Allow the sacred beauty and energy of Sedona’s most Spiritual vortexes and medicine wheels to help potentiate your awakening. Release your past through a Letting-Go Session on the sacred red rocks and begin the forgiveness process to reconnect to self. Then explore the ancient wisdom of the four elements of water, air, earth, and fire and the four directions during a Sacred Medicine Wheel ceremony.

10:00-12:00 Awakening Your Shaman & Cord Cutting (Inside)
You can become your own inner Shaman by activating your Hero, your Luminous Warrior, your Seer, and your Sage. You are energetically connected to every person who’s ever been significant in your life. Often those cords become painful and create negative energy. Cord Cutting requires that you open your heart and forgive; as when you forgive, you become free. This shamanic retreat session relates to the Hawaiian technique of Ho O Pono Pono, you can gently sever those cords, sending the person’s energy back to them and taking yours back into yourself. Through the power of letting go and forgiving you can go on with your life feeling whole and complete.

2:00-4:00 Medicine Wheel Teachings (Outside)
In this Shamanic Group Retreat Session, Medicine Wheel Teachings you will understand how a Medicine Wheel is a physical manifestation of Spiritual energy. The wheel provides protection which enables us to commune with Spirit and Nature! It helps us with our “Vision,” to see exactly where we are and in which areas we need to develop to realize our full life purpose and potential.

Relax and melt into this powerful and transformative sound experience! Feel yourself unwinding and free yourself from your thoughts. Shamanic Sacred Teachings
Connect with nature and experience the power of the sacred red rocks of Sedona as we touch on teachings of Spirituality and Sacred Wisdom through anchoring your prayers into Mother Earth. Experience the power of a sound clearing meditation enabling the connection to your animal guides and the beauty of Nature.

10:00-12:00 Shamanic Wisdom Journey (Inside or Outside)
Discovering the intent of your SpiritQuest journey… connect with Mother Nature’s Wisdom and learn how to claim your power! Shamanism, found in cultures worldwide, is the oldest way in which human race has sought connection with the Divine. This very special Shamanic Sedona Retreat Session involves empowerment through re-connecting with personal self and the land. This session usually involves drumming and calling in your power animal.

2:00-4:00 Power of the Elements and Walking Labyrinth (Outside)
Discover the Shamanic pathway of the Power of Earth, Sky, Wind, Water, Ether. These elements clean, clear, and assist us in letting go. Learn about these elements and how to incorporate them into your life to assist “moving forward” and leaving the past behind. Then remove your shoes and walk in the sand for a Walking Labyrinth Meditation.

SUNDAY
Moving Forward with Your Awakened Spirit
10:00-12:00 Manifestation with Purity of Spirit (Inside)
In this final segment you will participate creating intentions and manifesting intentions by calling in the directions. Setting intentions and manifesting intentions is a way of focusing your thoughts, dreams, and energy enabling you to manifest your heart’s desire. Manifesting is to be performed with purity in heart, mind, soul and Spirit removing doubt and negativity. When we do such, we create a spiritual opening, a channel for manifestation from the Realm of Spirit into physical essence. We will commune with each other stepping into our hearts of great gratitude and love.

Your sessions will take place in one of our fabulous session rooms at our Retreat Center, at a medicine wheel, or sacred vortex sites among the red rocks — all of which are within a 5-minute drive of our office. To complement our incredible location, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats has assembled a special team of Sedona's best yoga teachers, healers, and guides together in a single organization.

We work with a few lodging partners, contact SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats directly if you are interested in a lodging inclusive retreat. We partner with The Marriott, as well and AirBnB locations and get discounted rates.

What's Not Included

• Travel costs, meals and lodging are separate, although retreat coordinators can help you find the most suitable lodging nearby. Most clients fly into Phoenix, rent a car (or take a shuttle) to Sedona.
