Wake up to the first light of dawn from your cabin, with breathtaking sea views, and get ready for an energizing Vinyasa and Yin Yoga session to greet the sun as it rises.
After yoga and a guided meditation, enjoy a nourishing breakfast made with fresh, organic ingredients, prepared on board to fuel your body and heart for the day ahead.
We will then sail to a pristine, untouched island, where you’ll enjoy mindful aquatic exercises in the sea and have time for personal reflection and connection with nature.
A short sail in the afternoon will bring us to a serene spot for a sunset Yin Yoga session, followed by journaling exercises. In between, you’ll be treated to a light yet delicious lunch of local produce.
In the evening, unwind with more Yin Yoga at sunset, enjoy free time, and then gather for a beautiful dinner and a meditation under the stars—before falling asleep in your cabin, where you can see the night sky right from your bed, surrounded by the magic of the sea.
