About this Retreat
Khali is a South Goa–based guide and facilitator whose work bridges ancient wisdom with modern healing sciences. Rooted in over fifteen years of yogic practice and study, she holds advanced training in Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga (500hr), Vedic Counseling, Ayurvedic living, Breath Science, and Yogic Psychology, alongside deep immersion in trauma healing, energy medicine, realizations of the Buddha, and somatic therapy.
Her path has led her across continents and traditions — from Vedic martial arts, ancient Egyptian rites, and Himalayan meditation technologies to shamanic, indigenous, and plant medicine lineages. With a background in Child Education, holistic curriculum design, and youth mentorship, Khali brings a rare ability to guide adults with the same qualities she reveres in children: presence, playfulness, care, and deep listening.
She weaves this wide spectrum of knowledge into living, multidimensional containers that invite healing, awakening, and profound self-expansion. Each retreat she holds is both a sanctuary and a transmission — blending the alchemy of Yoga, Ayurveda, and subtle energetics with experiential play, sound, light, movement, and inner child wisdom.
This particular retreat unfolds in her own “backyard” — the palm-fringed beaches of South Goa — where she has rooted her practice and life.
Details of this retreat
Bone, Breath, & Beyond is an invitation to the golden coastline of tropical India for five days of breathing back to life the primal, organic intelligence of your being.
Nature knows no borders. Her rivers carve through mountains; Her winds cross every sea; Her roots pierce through rock. She is infinite, without restraint, roaming freely across this planet with ever-expanding vitality.
Meanwhile, the modern human, springing from the same wild source, has been pressed into habits, trained toward repetition, dulled by digital sedation, confined by limiting beliefs, and often carries unhealed pain that interrupts the necessary movement of internal waters and winds.
This 5-day retreat is an open terrain to stretch, crawl, coil, perch, prowl, howl, thump, dig, roll, croak, sing, roar the body back into natural rhythms — rediscovering what it is to be a vessel of Nature rather than apart from the Living Wild.
Each day is filled with practices to anchor the body back into Nature’s resonance: fire at sunrise, breath like waves, movements shaped across indigenous, Eastern, and spiritual streams.
Mornings open with breath and movement sessions inspired by yoga, martial arts, and conscious breathwork.
Afternoons unfold with workshops that blend concentration practices to sharpen the senses, somatic games to expand perception, and group energy experiments drawn from shamanic traditions, Buddha’s teachings, and modern performance arts. These practices fine-tune the high qualities of equanimity and equilibrium — trainings to stay centered even amidst the unpredictable.
Evenings close in ceremony: mantra chanting, visualization healings, and subtle energy meditations that quiet the mind and open the beyond.
Playful, somatic, ecological, and scientifically mystical — this retreat is not simply about being in Nature, but remembering yourself as Nature.
