8:00 – 9:30 AM: Asana practice in Hatha, Vinyasa, Somatic movement, and steady pranayama to awaken breath and energy.
9:30 -10:30 AM: Nourishing vegetarian breakfast served.
Midday
10:30 – 11:45 AM: Philosophy and History sessions with mantra chanting.
12:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Anatomy and Asana Clinic for a deeper look at movement and alignment.
Afternoon
2:00 – 4:00 PM: Vegetarian buffet lunch followed by free time for rest, private study and reflection.
4:00 – 5:00 PM: Afternoon workshops focusing on teaching skills, adjustments, creative expression, and group activities.
5:30 – 6:30 PM: Evening yoga practice with a gentle flow, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and community circle closing with a ritual.
Every Wednesday
5:00 PM: Time to enjoy the sunset.
