Details of this retreat

Step into a transformative 21-day journey where traditional Hatha Yoga meets modern Somatic Movement in the vibrant surroundings of Arambol, Goa.

This Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour Teacher Training is designed for those who want to deepen their practice, reconnect with their intuition, and become confident, authentic yoga teachers. Rather than focusing solely on physical postures, this training explores the relationship between body, breath, mind, and nervous system through an integrated approach to yoga and embodiment.

Throughout the course, you'll study Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and somatic practices in a supportive and intimate learning environment with a maximum of 14 students. Daily practice is complemented by workshops, self-reflection, cultural experiences, and personal mentorship from an international team of experienced teachers.

Whether your goal is to teach professionally or simply experience profound personal growth, this training provides the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to carry yoga beyond the mat and into everyday life.

Set in a peaceful hilltop campus surrounded by nature and just minutes from Arambol Beach, Sohum Yoga School offers a nurturing space where learning, community, and transformation unfold together.
