11:30 – 12:30 pm: Silent mindful walk in nature/forest (Movement dance in case of bad weather)
1:00 – 1:30 pm: Lunch – veggie broth & third juice
1:30 – 3:30 pm: Rest / Journal / Continued silence
4:00 – 4:30 pm: Fourth Juice – Juice break
4:30 – 5:30 pm: Silent group meditation
