Nestled among rolling hills and lush nature, this silent retreat, coupled with juice fasting, offers the perfect setting to reconnect with yourself, step away from the noise of daily life, and nurture your mind, body, and soul.
During our retreat, you will experience a safe and nurturing space where all emotions are welcome and honored. For some, stillness brings gratitude, joy, and lightness. For others, it awakens sadness, anger, or grief. Each emotion is a teacher, guiding us toward greater understanding of our inner world and ourselves.

Why Silence?

In today’s fast-paced, noisy world, silence has become a rare gift. We are constantly pulled to do more and achieve more; therefore, it is so essential to make time for ourselves, to pause, and to listen to our inner voice.

Silence and stillness open a sacred space where we can truly feel, reflect, and connect with our emotions, our thoughts, and our deepest selves.

Our silent retreat offers a space to simply be, cultivating stillness and reconnecting with your inner self. Silence sharpens focus, bringing mental clarity, heightened awareness, and deeper presence. It also creates the opportunity to recognize, accept, and release limiting beliefs, old patterns, and unresolved emotions. Gentle movement, yoga, breathwork, and mindful walks support physical rejuvenation, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and aligned.

Why juice fasting?

Juice fasting provides your body with concentrated nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables while giving your digestive system a gentle break. This allows your energy to shift from digestion toward healing, detoxification, and rejuvenation.

Juice fasting nourishes the body with concentrated vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants while giving the digestive system a rest, supporting detoxification, gut health, and cellular repair. As the body is refreshed, the mind naturally quiets, fostering clarity, emotional calm, and improved focus. This synergy of body, mind, and spirit creates space for presence, insight, and inner balance, leaving you revitalized and aligned.

6:00 – 7:00 pm: Arrival, Settle in - grab tea or juice
7:30 – 8:30 pm: Intention setting session (orientation, intention setting, group sharing)
8:30 – 9:30 pm: Prepare for rest, Personal time
9:30 pm: Lights out

Saturday
7:00 – 8:00 am: Gentle wake-up, First juice
8:00 – 9:00 am: Stretching flow movement, Breathwork, Somatic yoga
9:00 – 11:30 am: Silent reflection & Journaling
10:30 am: Second juice
11:30 – 12:30 pm: Silent mindful walk in nature/forest (Movement dance in case of bad weather)
1:00 – 1:30 pm: Lunch – veggie broth & third juice
1:30 – 3:30 pm: Rest / Journal / Continued silence
4:00 – 4:30 pm: Fourth Juice – Juice break
4:30 – 5:30 pm: Silent group meditation
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Light stretching and movement dance
6:30 – 7:30 pm: Fifth juice – Evening Juice
8:30 – 9:30 pm: Optional silent group meditation session, quiet reflection,
9:30 - 10 pm: Personal preparation for sleep

How to Get Here

By Train & Bus
From Zurich Hauptbahnhof (Main Station): Take a train to Biel/Bienne. This usually involves a direct train or one transfer at Bern.
From Biel/Bienne: Take the regional train to Reconvilier.

From Reconvilier station: Take a bus or taxi to Sornetan. There is also a pick-up service available from Reconvilier station. Pick up times see below:

Accommodation

The house warmly welcomes you with a spacious kitchen, a serene meditation area, and a mix of cozy shared and private rooms, creating a comfortable and inviting space for rest, reflection, and connection. Private and shared/double rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The house warmly welcomes you with a spacious kitchen, a serene meditation area, and a mix of cozy shared and private rooms, creating a comfortable and inviting space for rest, reflection, and connection.

Menu Types

During the retreat, we will enjoy five nourishing juices a day, served every two hours starting at 8 am, along with a comforting vegetable broth at lunch and mid-afternoon.
