"After using tools like counselling for many years to deepen my understanding of myself, I came across information about the power of psilocybin, especially on how it can expand consciousness. It all resonated with me immediately and felt it was exactly what I needed to experience in this phase of my life. I came across Filippo through Retreat Guru and the description of his work on his profile inspired confidence in his knowledge, experience and care. As soon as I contacted him he was very helpful and open in providing information. My husband and I decided to both have the experience. I was particularly nervous as I never had tried psychedelics before, however through the two video calls prior to the experience I felt very reassured that it was the right choice. Filippo collected a good deal of information from us to make sure the experience was right for us (especially from a medical standpoint), and also answered all our questions and doubts. By the time we actually had the experience, we felt very good and positive about it. We are now in the integration phase, with follow up calls after the experience which are very useful to process the experience and integrating it with our day-to-day life. On the day, Filippo picked us up from our location, drove us to his place where we had an initial chat and then ate the mushroom. At this point we had some breathing exercises and as soon as the mushroom started having effect we lied down and focused inwards. After the experience, we had time to come back to reality, discuss how we felt and write down the highlights of the session before Filippo drove us back. My husband and I had very different journeys and they were very valuable for us both. My experience was very powerful and I would describe it as life changing as I feel different since, in how I see myself and the world. I consider this the beginning of a journey that I want to continue on. We feel very lucky to have found Filippo: his ways and what he shared about his own journey have been very inspiring. He is a very professional, respectful and friendly person; very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I would definitely recommend Filippo as a guide for this type of psychedelic experience and I would do it again in the future."

"I have been thinking about trying such a session for years. But somehow i always had the feeling that it didn't fit into my current life, i thought that when the time came, it would come. One day I was planning a vacation to the Canary Islands, and then out of nowhere an idea came to me, what if i tried it now. Out of curiosity, i started looking on the internet to see what options there are in Europe and after a few google clicks, it turned out that there is just such an option in Fuerteventura, at Filippo's. I felt that, well, maybe this thing is calling me now, and it did. As the person in front of me also wrote, what i mostly liked about his page was that there were no frills... After the first video call, i knew that he would be the right person for my first such experience. When the vibe is there, you know, you feel it, there's no need to explain. I especially liked that he did not take the preliminary consultations lightly. Even though i wasn't sure how such an event would take place and how i should prepare, or what would happen there, i instinctively felt that no matter how it turned out, i would be in good hands. He prepared me thoroughly in advance, he also helps a lot in the following weeks, he is attentive, and i felt also comfortable during the time i spent at his place. He was very calm and supportive throughout the whole day, which really helped me to completely let go and feel safe. He was always there if i had any questions, but i never felt like he was controlling me too much, rather he helped me by giving me space for my own experiences. I believe that requires someone who is not only an expert but also a real human being, and that's exactly what he was. I could describe Fillipo's personality as down to earth with a great sense of perspective. Genuine and insightful without being "overly spiritual". He has a nice and kind soul. I would especially like to highlight the African drum he played during the trip, it created a special atmosphere. I am glad that he helped me, arm in arm with the gift of nature, to strengthen the direction i want to take in life. I recommend him to anyone, it will be a pleasant experience. Many thanks to Filippo for my first magical adventure, and last but not least to his lovely cat, who made the day even more golden."

I made contact with Filippo through Retreat Guru a few weeks before my visit to Fuerteventura, and after informative and pleasant conversations I felt comfortable enough to go through this experience with him. We traveled to his house on a winter morning; we got to know each other a bit more, and after a brief set of breathing exercises, I ingested the mushrooms and lay down. What followed was a very significant and positive experience. It is hard to describe an experience that is by nature very non-verbal: the best I can say is that it was like being very deep in thought and directing my perception inward rather than towards the physical world. Filippo guided the trip very subtly with music. At various places, I felt that the music he played guided me, sometimes inward, and sometimes, especially when the music included language, to the surface to remind me that there is still a world out there. After a few hours, I slowly made my way back to the "real" world and found myself back in my comfortable and safe setting under Fillipo's care. We spent some time discussing my experience and our lives, and after a pleasant conversation, I returned to my lodgings. I have been going back in my mind to those magical hours of sustenance and understanding. I am very pleased with Filippo's guidance and care, and I would like to repeat my experience under his care if possible. If you are looking for a safe and pleasant guide, Filippo is your natural choice."

"We had the best time ever at this retreat and Ivan and Stella made us feel at home and very welcome. The course was quite hard work but so worth it. There was sunrise yoga and meditation before a delicious healthy breakfast and after that we learnt many massage techniques on one another which made you feel amazing afterwards. I definitely recommend the room by the pool which is a little bit more expensive but worth it. Loved the dog, the cat too! "

"How to put into words Marc, Alex and Vera (as well as all the other incredible, and welcoming humans who have hosted me). I have returned twice, (which says a lot 🙏🏼😊). I went in March ‘23 and more recently in November. There is a home-like feel to the people and the place like no other. The experience is always unique, to yourself and everyone else but there is a calmness and safety to the entire experience. I had experienced plant medicine in South America, and I found my time in Tenerife as such a special experience, one of connection, love, humour, self reflection, breakthroughs, understanding. But the main part is how it’s facilitated- that’s different, on each of my occasions, you really do leave as family (as cliche as that sounds!) I’ve never know a retreat to facilitate it so well. It holds a special place to me and I whole heartedly recommend this to anyone who is considering doing plant medicines for the first time, as it’s such a calming and safe environment. "I travelled to Fuerteventura in early February 2024 to spend a day at Phycedelics Exploration with the wonderful Filippo. I arrived early in the morning and was picked up by Filippo, who greeted me with a big, welcoming smile. We talked in the car and got to know each other's journeys so far, which put me at ease for the experience ahead. Upon arrival at the ceremony space, Filippo kindly explained the process and eventually led with some breathwork before providing the medicine. I put on a mind-fold as Filippo put on some appropriate music to help me go within. I lay down to see what the mushrooms would show me He was there the entire time - I felt well looked after, having a kind soul there to help guide me and act as a sounding board for whatever came up. Later into the session, Filippo played the Djembe (African drum) along with the ceremony music that was playing. For reasons I can't explain this took the experience to a whole other level. I felt deeply connected back to earth as if my body was gently being pulled back from the lassitude of modern-day life, social media, constant distraction, shallow connections and consumerism. I left the day feeling I'd remembered how it was to be, what was possible, and how I could change things for the better. The days after were just as impactful, as Filippo, with his depth of empathy and care, contacted me to check in and help with the "integration" phase. For anyone looking to try psilocybin as a means to facilitate and bring about discovery and change, I can't recommend Psychedelics Exploration + Filippo enough. Thank you!"

"My second visit. I had a great time, I love the surroundings, my shared room was comfortable, the food and drink was healthy, delicious and nutritious. The sacred ceremonies are performed in the ceremony hall, floor mats, blankets and cushions are provided for your comfort in a candle lit environment. The music is a really good mixture that aids the unique individualised ayahuasca experience enhanced with live music, percussion instruments and shamanic tools. It is worth staying for all three nights as each ceremony offers a different experience to the other. There is the opportunity to do Kambo in the mornings and if deemed suitable Bufo in the the afternoon. Vera and Alex are experienced in what they do and I always feel safe exploring myself in their company. I have no hesitation in recommending their services."
