"This retreat serves it's purpose wonderfully. Valerie and Ira truly do everything possible to see that you are comfortable and receive all the services you are looking for. Morning meditations are varied and effective. Meditation on the beach was perfect! Yoga is better than most and is easily modified to your skill level. They believe in and practice Yogic principals and are happy to explain and train on those principals. The facilitators they employ are friendly and happy to help with anything you might want or need, Austin, the massage therapist is very good and intuitive. Highly recommend him as well. The only thing I would do differently is, book the 7 day rather than 5. Definitely could have used a couple of extra days and hope to return soon. "
