Quetzal Centli carries the sacred bloodline of healers, midwives, and medicine women who have whispered to the earth and woven soul-healing into every step of their lineage. As a Danzante del Sol, she walks in the footsteps of her ancestors, bringing the tradition of the Temazcal—the ancient sweat lodge into modern healing spaces. In her own words, the Temazcalli ceremony is of the Mexica tradition; it is an entry into the womb of Mother Earth, to detoxify the body and the mind. It is also used to heal illnesses and traumas. We work with medicinal plants and teas.
