Kati Blumenauer

About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Since childhood, Kati has felt a deep curiosity and connection with life, with what consciousness, meaning, and true existence truly mean. Especially in nature, she experienced early moments of quiet expanse and oneness with all that is.

After studying psychology and completing her coaching training, she worked for several years in human resources and organizational development. The more she understood how people "work," the stronger the call became to go deeper, beyond thinking. She sensed that there was more to experience in life and found this "more" in less: through meditation, silence, and inner contemplation.

In 2018, her path led her to Mexico, where she studied, practiced, and taught at the Hridaya Yoga and Meditation Center for several years. During this time, she spent hundreds of days in silence and a total of one month in complete darkness. These experiences profoundly shaped her understanding of inner stillness and heart awareness.

In 2024, she traveled to India to experience spiritual teachers and visit sacred places such as Rishikesh, Varanasi, and Dharamsala. There she deepened her practice in Mahayana Buddhism and the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Sri Aurobindo, and Papaji by spending time at the respective ashram.

In her work today, Kati connects psychology and spirituality, the mind and the heart, as two paths of the same truth. Her retreats are spaces for true inner transformation, awareness, and silent healing, not through doing but through the deep recognition of what is already there.
