Dr. Erika Lehmann is a Certified Equine Gestaltist®, Licensed Equine Facilitator™, and HeartMath® Certified Coach who blends 20+ years of organizational leadership experience with a deeply intuitive, somatic approach to personal transformation. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology and has spent her career helping individuals and systems move toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Known for her full presence and powerful questions, Erika offers a grounded, compassionate style of facilitation that clients consistently describe as life-changing. Her work helps families, leaders, and individuals access their inner truth, navigate transition, and reconnect with what matters most.
Erika lives on the retreat property with her horses, goats, and dogs, creating an authentic and welcoming environment where guests feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. Her animals are true partners in the work—mirroring energy, emotion, and intention in ways that open the door to profound insight and connection.
