Why study with them?
I’m Jenn and I cannot wait to welcome you to Greece. I’ve been teaching Pilates and yoga for 8 years and guiding people through movement that feels strong, free, and connected. This retreat is extra special because it’s my fifth retreat and each one just gets better and better.
I’ll be guiding you through Mat Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and those soulful moments that remind you why you said YES to yourself. I create retreats with love, joy, and so much intention, because I know how powerful it is to step away from everyday life and come back home to yourself.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “perfect” to join me, you just need to come with an open heart. We’re going to move, laugh, explore, and share moments that will stay with you long after we leave the retreat.
My connection to Greece began almost three decades ago. The first time I stepped onto the island, it felt like my whole body exhaled. The colours, the water, the pace of life, the people — something in me knew I was meant to return. I fell in love not only with the beauty of the island, but with how it made me feel. Grounded. Alive. Present.
For years, I carried this quiet knowing that one day I would bring people here in a mindful, intentional way. A place this special needed to be shared in a way that honoured its energy — through movement, wellness, connection, and the magic of slowing down.
Creating a retreat in Greece is my way of bringing that first feeling back to life for others. The softness of the mornings, the clarity of the water, the depth of the sunsets — they open something inside you. My vision is to guide guests into that same experience of awakening, peace, and pure presence that this island offered me so many years ago.
