Why study with them?
Hi! I’m Sandy – Stress Coach and Conscious Parenting Mama.
For decades, I was anxious, reactive, and chronically stressed. I thought if I just worked harder and controlled more, I’d finally relax. (Spoiler: that doesn’t work.)
What finally changed everything? Learning what I call Graceful Resilience—combining nervous system regulation, values alignment, compassionate self-talk, and breaking old patterns.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been coaching women through this same transformation. And here’s what I realized: I’ve been teaching adults how to re-parent themselves—to learn the self-regulation and self-compassion skills we didn’t learn growing up.
That’s what happens at this retreat. You learn to care for yourself the way you care for everyone else. I’ve been where you are. Let’s do this together.
