Yoga with Cyndy, Cuisine has an emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables, accented by spices such as fresh turmeric, ginger, basil and lemongrass.
Guests enjoy family-style meals served on the balcony. Dishes are either vegetarian or include fresh fish or hormone-free chicken. Menus can be adapated for vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free diets.
Directions
AmaTierra is located along the winding and wonderfully pothole-free Highway 137, 19 kilometers west of Puriscal, on the old road toward Orotina, about an hour’s drive southwest from San José.
Amma Tierra will provide round trip airport transfers for all retreat participants.
