I am an executive coach, startup executive, and Harvard Business School graduate, with experience in management consulting at Bain & Company and leadership roles at tech startups.

Together with Monique Pearson, I co-founded The Catalyst Retreats—uniquely curated 3-day journeys inward for women who move the world forward. Our retreats are designed to spark clarity, presence, and meaningful action, helping women uncover limiting patterns, reconnect with their innate strengths, and step forward with confidence and vision.

As a coach, I work with entrepreneurs and leaders from companies including Google, LinkedIn, StitchFix, Cloudflare, SurveyMonkey, Bain, and Lyft, supporting them in accessing their inner wisdom so they can lead with creativity, courage, and grounded clarity—in work and in life.
