Dr. Bihani Sanjyal is an Ayurvedic Consultant specializing in Gynecology and Obstetrics. She earned her Master of Surgery (MS) degree in Ayurveda Gynecology and Obstetrics from the prestigious National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) in India. She has also completed the Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) from the renowned yoga institution SVYASA in India. Dr. Sanjyal is dedicated to promoting holistic reproductive health, menstrual wellness, and hormonal balance through classical Ayurvedic therapies and lifestyle interventions.
