Other therapies may include Pinda Sweda, a bolus herbal compress massage that eases muscle tension and nourishes tissues, and Nasya, a nasal oil therapy that supports sinus health and emotional release (optional).

This retreat is ideal for anyone feeling physically or emotionally depleted, whether you're a yoga practitioner, a complete beginner, or someone simply in need of rest and renewal.

It's especially supportive for caregivers, professionals experiencing burnout, or curious travelers wanting to experience Ayurveda in an authentic and embodied way.

Set in the serene beauty of Nepal, this program offers a natural detox and a soul-nurturing break from everyday demands.
