Dr. Karuna has MD in Ayurveda ( Kayachikitsha) from Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Jamnagar, India and BAMS – Ayurveda Campus, IOM, Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

She has over five years of clinical and research experience. She is specialized in therapeutic Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and yogic practices with a focus on holistic wellness, lifestyle management, and preventive care.
