Tracy Jones
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Her perspective is shaped by lived experience. Through recovery from childhood trauma, chronic illness, and autoimmune disease, Tracy built a deeply personal relationship with wellbeing. She once couldn’t imagine a day without pain. She has now lived a decade free of it—and feels grateful every day. She credits a constellation of practices: biohacking, plant medicine, vitamins and supplements, hot yoga, a plant based diet, and time outdoors. At the heart of it all is the love and support of her family.
The proud matriarch of a family of healers and wellness professionals, she considers their beauty, inside and out, her greatest joy.
In facilitation, Tracy offers an attentive, grounded presence and room to follow your own experience. Her approach is client led, with thoughtful preparation and integration that helps connect what emerges in a session to everyday life. She hopes to support others as they reevaluate their relationship with trauma and fear, making space for greater self-understanding, connection, and possibility.
Away from her work, you’ll find her fly fishing, foraging, meditating, or gathering people for wellness retreats in the high desert.
Tracy walks in love, guided by the openness and connection psilocybin has shown her.
