Why study with them?
Licensed in contemporary dance from the Northern School od Contemporary Dance in England, Sabrina has been a professional dancer for over 15 years.She is also a Bio-danza teacher and yoga Teacher with 500 hour certification from Yoga Alliance.
Through movement, dancing and yoga and conscious breathing we free ourselves, bringing vitality harmony and balance to our minds and soul; breaking limited patterns of behaviour and improving all aspects of our life. We awaken our most human side and connect with our spirit.
