Jeni is a perimenopause guide and educator. She helps you navigate the confusion of your perimenopause with a holistic framework of spiritual and practical practices, interwoven with Ayurvedic feminine wisdom, so you can find relief and be resourced for menopause. She is rooted in the earth-based, Celtic spirituality of her ancestors and in the Divine Feminine. Her spirituality is very much centered in the cycles of nature and the seasons. As a ceremonialist, she loves to create ceremonies for herself and others (personalized rites of passage ceremonies), a potent and transformative way to move through the seasons of life.

From 2016 – 2018 and in 2024, she lived and served at the Forest in various capacities. She spent 2024 at the Forest in a menopause sabbatical.
