About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Italian born, Francesco Pariset moved to Putumayo in the Colombian Amazon in 2015, where he began a deep inner journey with Amazonian shamanism. During this time, he has developed his own way to harmonise and express his spiritual experiences through music, medicine music.
His sound within ceremony invites participants on a profound journey. You will be moved by his raw, rhythmic guitar, typical of the yageseros of Colombia, and his earthy, heartfelt voice. Francesco weaves melodic expressions that arise directly from his heart and from his years of
connection with the medicine. In recent years, he has been rising steadily within the medicine music world and is now featured at numerous festivals throughout Europe. His music can also be found on Spotify.
Through many years deeply ingrained and integrated in the world of plant medicine work, Francesco has cultivated a quiet wisdom and grounded presence that he brings into ceremony. He shares not only his voice, but also his lived experience, humility, and respect for the traditions that have shaped him. His connection to the medicines of Putumayo, and his direct relationships with the shamans and lineages he holds close to his heart, bring a palpable depth and authenticity to the ceremonies. His ceremonies carry the spirit of the medicine and the people behind it, creating a space that feels both intimate and true.
Francesco is in high demand, and we are lucky to have him on our retreats in June, July, August, and possibly September.
