Medicine Mallorca

It was my first time doing an Aya retreat, and I will remember it for the rest of my life. This experience allowed me to release things that no longer served me, gain self-confidence, and find faith. We were warmly welcomed by Jo and Francesco; they are angels with big hearts. The entire retreat helped me on my journey: the ceremonies, the integration sessions, the conversations shared with other participants, the location, the music... the love. I am so happy I listened to that call from my heart and got on the plane to go there. Forever grateful for this experience. Thank you for everything ❤️

I had an incredible experience. Jo was very warm, kind and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, the garden is amazing. I felt very safe. I definitely recommend.

The location, the house, the facilities, the food - all excellent and safe.
The facilitators give attention, support and individual approach to each participant. Integration sessions are very important. Jo gives useful tools and guidance. Shout out and thanks to Juanan for support during ceremonies, helped me a lot.
The way the retreat's programme is made and the way ceremonies are handled - really great, beautiful music plays a big role in the experience.
My group was small (7 people) which felt just right.

I can’t quite put into words how life-changing this retreat was for me. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the ceremonies were absolutely amazing.
Jo is incredible—she creates an incredibly safe, grounded atmosphere that allowed me to go deep into my integration work and truly express myself.

Thank you to the whole team! It was a perfectly well organised retreat with enough fascillitators so that I always felt in safe hands. Everybody was very caretaking, the food healthy and delicious and the place itself was very beautiful.
Everything from the moment I arrived until the last day was perfect and I'm grateful that I had the oppurtunity to join this retreat.
