Why study with them?

Karen Buckland is a passionate plant-based chef with over fifteen years in the industry. She has led kitchens for some of the biggest names in vegan fine dining, product development and festival catering. Karen fell in love with the ayurvedic approach to culinary art after discovering the way it combined a deep understanding of flavour, the healing nature of ingredients and a developed sense of intuitive eating – resulting in the ultimate holistic wellbeing practice.

Dishes from Karen use chef-trained techniques and methodologies along with locally grown, seasonal ingredients to produce nourishing, plant based food which hits all the bliss points. Nutritionally complete, flavoursome food which is light and energising for the body and gentle on the planet.
