Tap into the force which which simultaneously fuels the tiniest cells within you and the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Come as you are as we take you on the journey to experience the ultimate knowledge that will bring you to the dance between the conscious and unconscious, the fulcrum of altered states.

Dive straight in with a refreshing wild swim in the river Thames as we wake.

Revived from the waters we will stream into another morning yoga practice. We move into a morning hatha yoga session, opening the body to the warmth of the day and bringing calm presence to the mind. Movement and breath accompanied by live musicians to harmonise your rhythm and end in grounding meditation.

On our return from the woodland we reclaim the ancient wisdom of breath as a conduit for joy and connection. An authentic relating workshop helps participants connect on a deeper level throughout the retreat. We will be exploring various modalities, platonic intimacy exercises & ice breaking games with the intention to dissolve boundaries, open the heart & facilitate joyful connection.

We pause for lunch and some free time to enjoy the stillness of the surrounding nature.

After lunch we will walk into the welcome green of the forest. Enjoy reconnecting with the divine life force in this space of vitality, using the Japanese art of forest bathing. Rest in the tranquil vibrance of the tree-biome, teeming with life and serenely peaceful, restorative in its rich essence, blessed with bountiful prana, and a fertile ground for meditation and deep spirit work.

In a dappled woodland clearing we embark on an earth walk with wildcrafts and tap into the ways of our ancestors. An intentional practise of connecting to nature, our senses and learning about the seasonal, edible and medicinal plants around us. Finishing with a tasting & crafting session.

Restore your physical body with a nourishing dinner before we enter into the evening twilight.

Get shamanic with our earth painting experience, using nature's palette to bless your limbs and features to enter into our fire ceremony. Expect to break through your boundaries and face your inner strength as we use the elemental force of fire to nurture our inner flames.

Later in the evening we welcome another group of players to lead us in music, song and rejoicing, holding space for us to integrate and process the energy clearing which has happened during the day.

Sunday - Flow

A daily meditative reset as we plunge into the cold river for an extended period. Preparing with breath work before as well as movements to maximise your cold water experience we expect heightened awareness and energy for the rest of the day.

The morning hatha yoga brings accessible empowering sequences with complex variations available for seasoned practitioners. Move your body to connect with earth below and the sky above, in tune and in rhythm with live musicians guiding your kinetic journey.

After breakfast we keep the movement going by exploring healing touch with a workshop on Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage - learn how to give soothing relief to your physical body and warm your heart through human connection.

Lunch and rest follows before it is time to calm the mind and experience the peace within through serenity meditation. In the beautiful scenery of nature's embrace we sit to turn the senses within. Tune into the present moment and centre ourselves by letting go. The contentment that is brought about is a profound key to happiness. Take away the technique of this meditation to help you for the years to come to maintain a relaxed awareness at ease to help you focus the mind and be content and joyful in the present moment.

We then gather for our closing circle to bring complete fullness to the retreat weekend.

We expect the closing circle to end around 3pm, and you will be invited to pack down your belongings and begin your journeys back to your homes, resting in the freshness of your new self.
