Catherine kicks off our 18th Annual Yoga Jambalaya with her Morning Mindfulness Yoga from 8am-9:15am
This class will combine traditional postures, dynamic flow sequencing, mantra & breath-based meditation, and fun movement. This practice allows one to connect and align on a mental, physical, and astral level to their universal goals and set an intention for the day. This class is open to all students, reminding us that we can intelligently choose our level of complexity.
